Welcome to the Afrique Student Association (ASA), your gateway to African cultures, discussions, and community at the Graduate Institute of Geneva and beyond!
This year, ASA proudly celebrates a decade of bringing African cultures, stories, and voices to the forefront—ten years strong and we are just getting started! #ASA10thAnniversary
ASA is a social, cultural, and political group dedicated to fostering awareness and critical dialogue on African topics. ASA offers a vibrant mix of events that bring African cultures to life on campus. Our annual African Summit is a highlight, where students, experts, and leaders together explore Africa's future in line with the African Union's Agenda 2063. Beyond the summit, we host lively parties, game nights, and stand-up comedy events that keep the energy high. ASA is all about community—whether through shared meals, networking opportunities, or celebrating achievements like Black Graduation, we create spaces for cultural exchanges and support, actively linking with the community in Geneva and across Switzerland.
