Transparency at GISA
As part of our increasing efforts to make GISA an organisation as transparent as possible, here we present some useful information regarding our meetings, decisions, and budget.
The GISA Board meetings are always open to the IHEID’s community, including the whole Student Body, Faculty, and the Administration of the Institute. During the Spring semester of 2025, Board meetings take place at room S12, every Wednesday of the week, at 18h00. You can also join them through CISCO Webex. If you are interested in attending one of the meetings as part of the Institute’s community, feel free to join us there! You can contact the Board’s Administrative Director for any clarifications related to these meetings.
If you are interested in a specific issue discussed by the GISA Board or a decision in particular, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. The GISA Administrative Director sends the meeting minutes from previous meetings and the future meeting agenda every week.
We have also made our expenses and budget available for public viewing.* The document is updated periodically to reflect the latest modifications. If you have any questions or concerns regarding treasury issues, please get in touch with our Treasurer.
