This event will follow an informal and engaging discussion moderated by a student member of the Professional Development Committee at the Graduate Institute.

Five distinguished guests, including two Ambassadors, UNFPA Geneva Office Director, Ms Pernille Fenger, and two faculty members of the Graduate Institute with expertise in career progression and women's leadership, will share their experiences and offer guidance to young female professionals.

The event aims to create an informal yet insightful atmosphere where participants can openly discuss challenges and solutions. A Q&A session will conclude the event, allowing the audience to interact directly with the speakers.
