Seminar on the possible applications of Nuclear Power in the fight against climate change, presented by Luca Romano “l’Avvocato dell’Atomo”, who will give students invaluable insight on the true nature of Nuclear energy and its applications in the creation of a cleaner, less polluted world.

Shimona Mohan is recognized as one of the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics for 2024 and is actively involved in the #Leaders2Future programme by the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA). She is currently working at UNIDIR (UN Institute for Disarmament Research) as an Associate Researcher, focusing on the intersection of Gender, Security, Technology, and Disarmament. With a Master’s degree in International Affairs, specializing in Global Security & Trade and International Finance from IHEID, her career has spanned roles at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the Observer Research Foundation in India, among others.
